Your Arrival
- ActiVentures staff will meet you at the airport with highly visible signs so you know exactly where you need to be.
- Our porters will assist in collecting and loading your luggage onto our shuttle.
- Your transportation for 2 or 72 will be clearly visible and waiting to pick you up to take you to your hotel or dive destination.
- We may stop on the way to the resort to see the local shops and countryside and observe the local customs.
- On the way to your hotel or resort our dive masters will brief all dive groups with an exact itinerary, prepare a schedule and provide room listings for both resort and live-aboard diving.
Breakfast & Briefing
- Upon your arrival, our head instructors will conduct general briefings to familiarize you with all of the local diving procedures. As you break off into your own dive teams, your respective divemaster will brief you on the profile and dive site your group will be visiting.
- One of the luxuries of diving in the Philippines is that after assembling your dive gear, our boatmen will take care of loading your gear on our boats and changing the tanks after each dive. You simply need to inform them of how much weight you will need (integrated or weight belt) and your gear will be ready for you on the boat.
- Remember, our highly trained English speaking staff of instructors, divemasters and boatmen are there to cater to your every need. So don't hesitate to bring any special requests or questions to our attention!
- Divers need only carry their mask & fins on and off the boats.
Scuba Diving
- Our dive leaders will assist you on and off the boats. Water, coffee, snacks and towels are provided while out on a dive.
- Our boatmen are trained to handle all your scuba and camera equipment. You can be confident in allowing them to handle your gear as you get on and off your boat.
- During your surface intervals your divemaster may choose to spend an hour or so on a neighboring island with white sand or rocky beaches where you can enjoy a snack or a cup of coffee between dives.
- One of the advantages of diving in Anilao Batangas is that the majority of dive sites are all close to the resort. Advanced divers can do high voltage drift dives, relax at the resort and still have time for a relaxing 3rd or 4th dive.
- While live-aboard diving, surface intervals are spent watching DVDs, listening to music on the deck or just hanging out on neighboring islands.
Decompression Day
- Now its time to off gas back in the city where our tour manager will lead you to the local malls for some shopping, to our affiliated spa centers where you can enjoy a relaxing massage or for a historical City Tour on on the final days of your Philippine visit.
