As both a Dive Instructor and Tour Leader, J.R.'s main goal is to create the best dive trip experience for any visitor we may have to the Philippines. His presence in San Francisco gives North American divers a direct link to ActiVentures Philippines. J.R. is responsible for reaching out to new divers, dive clubs and shops to help spread the word of Philippine diving.

J.R. is the founder and president of ActiVentures USA. His management experience in the finance industry along with his drive to promote Philippine tourism allows J.R. to continue to drive ActiVentures to the forefront of Philippine Scuba Diving and Adventure Tourism.

John Dizon is ActiVentures head dive leader. From airport pick-up to resort hopping and city tours, John is the go-to guy. John is directly in charge of assuring dive operations are kept well above standards. Safety and customer satisfaction are his goal in giving the ActiVenture diver the best dive holiday possible.

Atty. Ross Joseph J. Romanillos Esq.

General Manager, Philippines

Mr. Romanillos has been actively diving throughout the Philippines for 11 years and would like to share the beauty and wonders of Philippine diving with the world. Mr. Romanillos is enthusiastic and optimistic that Activentures Philippine Resorts would be the window for other divers, who share the same passion, to enjoy and take part of this little treasure of the Pacific. Ross is responsible for making sure that all local diver needs are met.

Mr. Romanillos is a senior associate at Lim Ocampo Leynes Law Offices in Makati City, Philippines, and has been exposed to, and has rendered work in connection with Litigation, Corporate Law, Labor Law and Intellectual Property Departments. Apart from his legal work, Mr. Romanillos trains, supervises and reviews work of junior associates and handles the recruitment of the firm's administrative support personnel.

Mr. Romanillos was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2002. He obtained his Bachelor of Law degree from University of Perpetual Help-Rizal, where he graduated in the top ten percent of his class. He also holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing with Computer Applications from the De La Salle University in Dasmarinas.
